The famed knife that started it all. For over 4 generations, the Cognet family has been making knives in Thiers, France, and Le Douk-Douk might one of the most famous knives to come out of France. This model is a shorter version of the original, that has been in production for over 70 years, and still made in the original atelier.
Made in France
2 7/8" carbon steel blade with Douk-Douk scroll etching. The 815PM is a shorter version of the 815GM, at 160mm long, with carbon steel etched blade and Ferro-blackened folded steel handle.
