A chromed-out version of the famed knife that started it all. For over 4 generations, the Cognet family has been making knives in Thiers, France, and Le Douk-Douk might one of the most famous knives to come out of France. This model is a shorter version of the original, that has been in production for over 70 years, and still made in the original atelier.

The 815CHPM is a shorter version of the 815GM, at 160mm long, with carbon steel etched blade and chromed folded steel handle.
