1979 Seiko 5 Gold Dial - 7009A Automatic

$350
Limited stock
Description

Each CSM vintage watch is inspected and in good working order.

The Seiko 5 story began in 1963 with the launch of the Seiko Sportsmatic 5, Japan's first automatic day-date watch, which aimed to provide an affordable, durable, and high-quality timepiece for students and young professionals. The "5" in its name signifies five core attributes: an automatic movement, a day-date display, water resistance, a recessed crown at the 4 o'clock position, and a durable case and bracelet. The line was later expanded with the 1968 launch of the Seiko 5 Sports, which added enhanced water resistance, a strengthened crystal, and luminous hands and markers for active users.
